ABOUT

The name of this blog reflects the propensity I have for list-making as a life practice. At its best, compartmentalization can be grounding. For me, it is an exercise that reminds me that when all else fails, I can at least be organized in my head. This blog is one, humble step towards a more organized life. The other goal of Sixteen Pizzas is to archive the recipes I grew up with, revisit their origins, and reflect on what makes them special.

As the first record of my adventures in a decently equipped kitchen, this blog chronicles my own attempts, failures, triumphs, and above all, experiments. A foodie so wholly amateur as myself is bound to have a few run-ins with the unfamiliar, but I hope my twenty years of playing with pots and pans may offer up a fresh perspective in tackling these challenges.
